Two Rivers are delighted to announce the biggest change to our operations in the seven years since its inception. Having established ourselves as a trusted recruitment partner for a wide range of clients in a variety of sectors, we’ve decided to broaden our service offering, to include a full HR Consultancy service. Two Rivers HR will provide our clients with a professional HR consultancy service that will be practical, no-nonsense and values-driven advice and guidance.

Why Two Rivers HR?
We believe that good HR practice is central to business success and the well-being and prosperity of people in organisations. Recent high-profile cases that have lacked some basic HR values have inspired us to utilise our own in-house knowledge and expertise and bring to market our own brand of HR advice and guidance. Our aim is to ensure that our clients do the right thing in the right way when difficult people management decisions need to be made.

Our initial focus will be on small to medium enterprises with headcounts of between 2 and 2,000 that don’t currently have an established HR function. However, we have the capability and the experience to provide more established HR departments with additional support and guidance in larger organisations.
